season in Honduras, but it has been unprecedentedly hot the last couple of
days, and the weather forecast predicts higher temperatures for next week. Here
are some tips to keep in mind:
1. Wear light colored, loose fitting,
lightweight clothes (cotton preferably)
2. Students should be encouraged to bring
water bottles, caps/hats to wear outside and to use sun block every day,
especially on P. E. days.

board games, reading, watching videos.
4. Stay hydrated – drink lots of water even if
you don’t feel thirsty.
